agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any
and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, legal fees. The Contributor shall cooperate as fully as reasonably
required in the defence of any such claim.
- 5l : Notwithstanding the foregoing express limitations of liability, you acknowledge and agree that should "CTAH",
its officers, employees, successors, or assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") be held liable to you for damages, injuries
or losses of any kind, directly or indirectly resulting from your participation in the "CTAH" forum programs, that the total dollar
amount of liquidated damages for any and all of your claims, injuries, damages or losses shall not exceed a total amount of ten
dollars Australian ($10.00 AUD).
- 5m : Any and all disputes as to the interpretation of, or any performance under, this Agreement that are not first

collaborative venture or partnership between you (the "Contributor"), and/or your website, and "CTAH".
- 8 : "CTAH" shall at all times have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to terminate the use of "CTAH"
forum programs and any and all benefits relating to your participation in the "CTAH" forum programs at any time, and may do so with
or without prior notice or cause.
- Refusal of Service : We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
- Disclosure : "CTAH" specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, a Subscriber
and or (the "Contributor") agrees that that "CTAH" may disclose any and all subscriber and or (the "Contributor") information including
assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further
